Exhibit Space

Exhibitors will be given a space of roughly 2.5m x 2.5m for their stand. This will vary slightly depending on the location of your stand. Each stand will be provided with access to tables/worktops and chairs. We are unable to provide exhibition boards.

You are welcome to bring a range of materials to promote the opportunities available through your organisation. This may include a range of information leaflets/brochures, photos, videos, props or interactive activities. We encourage making your stand appealing to visitors but please consider the relatively short amount of time available to set up.

Electrical Equipment

Electrical sockets are limited and will be allocated to stands.

We require all electrical equipment being brought to the event to be PAT approved.

If you are using an electrical point, please minimise and cover trailing wires and ensure they are clear from walkways, along with all boxes and equipment.

Throughout the evening, photos will be taken of the event and the people attending/exhibiting. If any of the people on your stand do not wish to have their photos taken, please let us know on the evening at the registration desk.

A limited amount of free refreshments (food & drink) will be available to exhibitors on the evening as thanks for donating your time. Please let us know of any dietary requirements any members of your team have before the event.

Personal Items

Please note that there is no facility for storage of coats, bags or valuables. The event organisers accept no liability for loss of, damage to or theft from any personal belongings or other items brought to the event.

Free tickets can be ordered from our website and will be available until noon on the 14 November. We strongly encourage members of the public to book in advance, to avoid disappointment, however, a very limited number of unregistered guests will be allowed on the night.

A coach is to be provided to take young people and their families from the city centre to the zoo and back. Final details are being confirmed, with coach places requiring a booking and a small payment. Additional details will be sent to you in due course.

Please feel free to promote the event via your normal channels. If advertising on social media, please tag @winstemplym #WISPCareers and direct enquiries to our website (see above). We will have a limited number of printed promotional leaflets available in October, please get in touch if you would like some to distribute. If you require a pdf of the leaflet please email and one will be sent to you in due course. Please display it prominently and send around your organisation and to any other relevant contacts.
